Default bound on a stream producer/consumer command (a stream source’s workloadExec.timeout, or a streamExec restore target’s) when timeout is unset. Generous enough for a large logical dump, finite so a wedged command cannot pin a mover Job forever. Both resolution sites (backup Job build and restore Job build) map absent-or-unparseable → exactly this value, which is what makes emitting it as a schema default: behavior-preserving. Part of the documented API contract (field-reference), so it lives here rather than in the controller.
