Pool-membership label stamped on every mover Job that counts toward its
repository’s spec.concurrency.maxConcurrentJobs: backup, restore, and the
SOURCE side of a RepositoryReplication/SnapshotReplication. One selector
therefore counts a repository’s whole in-flight pool.
The value is kopiur_controller::naming::repo_label over the repository’s
normalized ref — <=40-char name prefix>-<hash8>, the same value the
batch-delete single-flight label kopiur.home-operations.com/delete-repo
carries. Deliberately NOT the
<kind>-<name> shape of SESSION_REPO_LABEL: that spelling cannot
distinguish two Repositorys of the same name in different namespaces, and
merging their pools would silently halve each one’s cap. The hash is over
repository:{ns}/{name} / clusterrepository:{name}, so namespace and kind
both discriminate.
Maintenance, verification, pin, snapshot-delete batch, bootstrap/discovery and browse-session Jobs deliberately do NOT carry it — they are operator-driven housekeeping (or an interactive session), excluded from the pool so a saturated backup queue can never starve them.
