SnapshotSchedule condition recording that concurrencyPolicy: Forbid (or Replace) is holding a due slot because a run this schedule did NOT start — a manual kubectl kopiur snapshot now, another schedule’s run, or a hand-written Snapshot — is still in flight for one of the slot’s target policies (#584). The slot fires once that run finishes; Replace never cancels a run it does not own.

Deliberately not a registered structural gate: it needs no human and clears on its own. It exists so the wait is visible in status, and so the accompanying Normal event fires once on entering the hold.
