The sourcePathStrategy governing a source.

Deliberately only consulted for selector-expanded sources. A plain pvc: source keeps /pvc/<name> unconditionally: changing the path of an existing single-PVC policy would re-identify its kopia source and orphan every manifest it has ever taken.
