Grace a caller should add on top of a producer’s own timeout when asking KopiaClient::snapshot_create_stdin_outcome_with to bound kopia’s finalize.

The producer phase is already bounded by the work spec’s workloadExec.timeout; this covers the phase AFTER it, which no existing timeout owned.
