before_snapshot: Vec<Hook>

Hooks run (in order) before the snapshot is taken — e.g. quiescing a database. ADR §4.8.

after_snapshot: Vec<Hook>

Hooks run (in order) after the snapshot completes — e.g. resuming the workload. ADR §4.8.
