Deletion semantics for the Snapshots carrying a SnapshotPolicy’s config
label (sub-object per docs/dev/api-conventions.md §4 so future deletion
knobs slot in without API breakage). Mirrors SnapshotSchedule’s
ScheduleDeletionSpec.
